Upon final payment, clients are allowed to display the resulting images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of Ibulu Photography. The client will receive high-resolution digital with printing rights and may make prints for personal use, but may not copy, or redistribute the images for commercial use. The client must obtain written permission from Ibulu Photography before the client, their associates, friends or relatives sell the photographs or publish them commercially (E.g. newspapers, magazines, etc). Ibulu Photography does not provide any unedited images to clients as it does not represent the quality that Ibulu Photography strives for. Unless agreed upon before any editing work, high-resolution digitals and or proof sets may contain a mixture of colour, black and white and selective colour images. An alternately coloured version of a photo may be purchased at the current rate. Limited colour correction and/or retouching are included in the photographer's direction.
